-The system monitors all Barangay’s NEW or RENEW paid business FSIC; monitor all Business Applications; Update FSIC number of a paid Fire Fees. The system is capable of making a hold status based on the business compliance by the BFP.

-The ONLINE ASSESSMENT, PAYMENT SYSTEM of BUSINESS PERMIT & LICENSE SYSTEM and ONLINE REGISTRATION & PRE-ASSESSMENT of business renewal is a fast link facility wherein the taxpayer will be able to pay their taxes through internet using web services of the city. The online system will be linked to the payment gateway, for the acceptance of payment either debit or credit card.

-The Electronic Tax Order of Payment of Assessor’s Office online service is integrated with Real Property Tax Assessment System. It allows tax payers to request for the certified true copy of Tax Declaration, Tax Mapping Certificate, Certificate of Non-Improvement, and Appraisal and Assessment of Real Property. The online system generates automatic tax order of payment which can be viewed, printed and downloaded in PDF form.

-The Online Barangay Residence Certificate System allows the barrage cashiers to perform payment transactions of Community Tax (using the original government prescribe form) at their workstations. It automatically generates reconcilement reports at the end of the day balancing.

-The Online Building Permit, Application and Payment System is a fast link facility wherein the applicant will be able to apply and pay their building permit through internet using web services of the LGU.

-The Civil Registry Certified True Copy of Certification is an online system service integrated with Local Civil Registry System which allows every citizen of the LGU with registered account to request for a certified true copy of their birth, marriage, death and court decision then pay online through the payment gateway facility of Landbank, DBP and PayMaya and delivered the requested copy through courier services partner of the Government.
